SHIPMENT TRACK & TRACE SYSTEM
This is the system dedicated to real time shipment monitoring. Specifically created together with each individual client, the system allows real time shipment tracing, as well as the availability of shipping documents and final delivery reports.
PO MANAGMENT
Purchase Order management has become a strategic activity for all companies; not just for larger entities. The Purchase Order Management Platform is our computerised solution allowing clients to monitor the status of each order, from all of their suppliers. Orders can be traced from the moment they are added, throughout their preparation to final readiness. This guarantees a co-ordinated approach to the entire process and coupled with the associated flux of data, ensures orders are able to be verified and managed, avoiding delays and errors.
WMS
Our highly customizable proprietary software for the management of all warehouse processes.
The Warehouse Management System allows seamless, real time monitoring of every segment of the supply chain, from the arrival of the goods at the warehouse, where they are allocated, the inventory and management of the stock, through to its departure from the warehouse. The WMS is a winning solution for e-commerce management and for single and multi-channel distribution models. The WMS assists in optimizing timings for freight movement, reduces the time it take to evade orders, reduces the needs for associated paperwork, increases the productivity of the personnel involved, allows the possibility of real time stock control, as well as updated statistics regarding the management of the warehouse itself and a reduction in the number of mistakes due to human error.
EDI
The EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is the software solution used for the electronic exchange of data. This allows the companies that form a supply network to share with each other electronic data via the IT infrastructure as well as their own computerized systems. Communication between systems is guaranteed by standard protocols; which in practise means that data from differing IT systems can be re-written into a common technological language, unifying and ensuring data uniformity.
The direct exchange of electronic documents reduces errors, costs and is more time efficient. In turn, this allows for greater flexibility in trade exchanges, and favours a drastic reduction in the amount of paperwork necessary as well as having a positive impact on the quality of the service itself.
It is also important to bear in mind that large retail chains require or in some cases, insist on their suppliers having EDI capabilities. Therefore, EDI implementation is a must for businesses that work with larger companies; this will also have a significant impact on a company of any size in terms of potential value and readiness to do business, whatever its size.
